Network Instruments has partnered with Nortel to provide Observer with access to Nortel’s proprietary UNIStim VoIP protocol. This feature is available to customers who have purchased a license, which, when activated, allows Observer to decode UNIStim packets to update the VoIP expert and other statistical analysis displays.
